If inside recess remains selected your blind's width will be deducted 3 mm. It will be like in the left picture, blind size which is cloth size plus the controls and brackets less 3 mm.

If outside recess is selected your blind's width will be made exact size. It will be like in the left picture blind size which is cloth size plus the controls and brackets.

Decide the fitting position of the blind, within the recess or outside the recess.

Check for any obstructions in the fitting area i.e. window catches, electrical sockets, tiles, telephone sockets.

Always order as width x drop

Always use a steel tape measure

State all sizes to the nearest millimeter
