Note:
Considering that curtains made from heavy weight fabrics as well as those lined in larger sizes, please make sure that the track or pole you are about to use is firmly secured to the wall to hold the weight of the product. Particular care must be taking in case of heavy curtains hanged on tracks or poles fixed to plaster board walls.
Hanging guidelines for Pencil Pleat Curtains
1. First fasten together the three draw cords of the tape at one side of each curtain or valance. In case of Curtains, the knot should be made at the leading edge, meaning the edge where the two curtains meet.
2. Secondly, pull the three cords from the opposite side, all at once, to gather the curtain. Pull the cords until the required width is reached, by creating even pleats.
3. Fasten the cords together. Do not cut the excess cords as the curtain will need to be loosen for cleaning purposes. For a nice visual effect, tuck the excess cords behind the heading tape.
