Ivory shaded, standard lining is a layer of fabric discreetly stitched to the back of the roman blind to reduce glare and to enhance the fullness of the folds when the blind is raised.
Thermal lining
This type of lining is made from ivory coloured fabric with special properties to reduce heat gain or loss thus lending insulation properties to the roman blind.
Interlining
A sheet of fleece type fabric to be placed between the design layer of the blind and the lining to add to the fullness of the fabric folds when the blind is raised. The addition of this lining will ensure superior UV protection, prevent colour fading in time whilst reducing noise pollution levels and minimizing heat loss or gain.
Blackout lining
Made from a special opaque fabric, the blackout lining will be attached at the back of the design fabric panel to render the roman blind solar blocking.
No lining
The default option for sheer blinds, if this option is selected the roman blind will only be made with one layer of fabric, the one with the design.
